19 lbs Bee Seasonal Mustard Blossom

15 lbs Bee Seasonal Brazilian Wildflower

3 lbs Avocado blossom

1 lbs Buckwheat


Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water if needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.


Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.


Once fermentation is done, rack into a secondary vessel with:

4 lbs of unsweetened toasted coconut


Rack into new vessel after 7 days.
