Honey Options:

19 lbs Raspberry or Orange Blossom

1 lbs Buckwheat honey


Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water if needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.


Add in 10 lbs of frozen and thawed red raspberries.


Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.


Once fermentation is done, rack into secondary with:

- 5 lbs of frozen and thawed red raspberries

- 2.5 lbs of cocoa nibs

- 3 vanilla beans cut lengthwise (optional)


Rack into new vessel after 30 days.
