5 gallon 6.3g Go-Ferm 126 ml water 5g 71B yeast 9.3g Fermaid-O 1.050 SG / 12.39Brix 1.000 Estimated FG ​1.020 back sweetened Honey Options: 6 lbs Orange Blossom or Meadowfoam Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water if needed to reach the starting gravity listed above. Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR. Allow the mead to ferment dry, rack into secondary and stabilize with sulfite and sorbate. Secondary additions: - 5 pineapples, peeled & cubed (in a mesh bag for day removal) - 4 lbs of unsweetened shredded coconut​ - Roughly 3 lbs orange blossom honey to back sweeten to 1.020 SG Rack into new vessel after 2-7 days.
