Honey Options (choose one):

17 lbs Mexican Orange Blossom (contact Bee Seasonal for some)


Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.


Add 6 oz of light toast American oak cubes into your must.


Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.


​Ferment at 60-62F.


Allow to sit in primary for a minimum 8 weeks.
