Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water if needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.


Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.


Secondary additions:

- 10 oz of bourbon soaked American heavy toast oak cubes (soak for one week)


Rack into new vessel after 6 weeks.


*For the oak, you can use 1 spiral from this 6-pack American #3 Char oak spirals, but reduce aging time to 3 weeks.
