Honey Options (choose one):

15 lbs Mesquite blossom


Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.


Add the following to your must (preferably in a mesh bag):

- 4 lbs of frozen and thawed blueberries

- 6 lbs of frozen and thawed blackberries

- 6 lbs of frozen and thawed black cherries

- 2 lbs of frozen and thawed raspberries


Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.


Rack mead off of fruit into secondary and add:

- 8 oz of French medium toast oak cubes


​Allow to sit on oak for at least 3 months.
