Target Starting Gravity of only honey & water: 1.135

1.140 SG / 32.25 Brix

1/3 sugar break = 1.091

1.035 Estimated FG

Estimated FG after secondary fruit addition 1.040


Honey Options:

18 lbs Blueberry or Orange Blossom honey


Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water if needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.


Add 10 lbs of frozen and thawed blueberries into the must.


Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.


Once fermentation is done, rack into secondary and stabilize with sulfite and sorbate.


Then add the following:

- Another 10 lbs of frozen and thawed blueberries


Rack off of fruit after 10-14 days.
