450 ml water

1/3 sugar break = 1.091

1.035 Estimated FG


Honey Selection:

15 lbs Meadowfoam Honey

7 lbs Clover Honey


Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.


Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.


After fermentation is complete, Add the following (preferably in a mesh bag):

- 5 lbs of overly ripe bananas (peeled)

- 3 vanilla beans cut open lengthwise

- 4 lbs of vanilla wafers (separate mesh bag)

- 6 oz of lactose diluted in just enough boiling water to dissolve (optional)


Rack into new vessel after 14-21 days.
