5 gallon 25g Go-Ferm 500 ml water 20g Uvaferm 43 Lallemand yeast 28.7g Fermaid-O 1.170 SG / 38.29 Brix 1/3 sugar break = 1.111 1.060 Estimated FG Honey Option 1: 22 lbs Meadowfoam blossom honey Honey Option 2: 12 lbs Clover or Meadowfoam blossom honey 10 lbs Avocado blossom honey Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water if needed to reach the starting gravity listed above. Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR. Once fermentation is done, rack into secondary and add the following: - 3 lbs of cocoa nibs - 4 lbs unsweetened shredded or flaked coconut (not toasted) - 5 vanilla beans cut lengthwise ​- 5 lbs of roasted almonds Rack off of secondary ingredients after 14-21 days.
